The Gardens South is projected to be completed by February/March of 2026. Applications for the affordable apartments will not be available until the building is near competition. Check website for updates. **We do not have a waiting list. Apartments are first come first serve**
1-2 bedrooms single level apartments. Approximate square footage is 700-1100sf. Appliances include, microwave, oven/stove, refrigerator washer and dryer. Dishwashers are included in some units. The building is two levels with apartments on first floor and second. Access to second floor apartments are stairs only. Heating, cooling and hot water are electric.
Rental prices for affordable and non-affordable apartments will be determined near completion of building. Approximate prices will range from $1950-$2700 for non-affordable. Current affordable prices are not available at this time. Utilities are not included in rent. Utilities will be electric and cable.
A storage unit is included with all apartments. This is great for storing larger or seasonal items.
